Please READ these before posting on this forum! There aren't many but we still need them to keep things in order.

1. Do NOT steal/use/borrow/post our links anywhere else!
* If you want to use some of our links (for non-profit use only) you can send a PM to the Hokage (me that is) with a request. Let me know WHY and WHERE you want to post our links, and I'll let you know wether you can or not.
* If you don't ask for permission, and we caught you, or even suspect you of stealing our links, you'll be BANNED!

2. Do NOT SPAM , troll , or flood the forum.

3. Do NOT be rude to other forumers and no flame wars please !
* If we feel it's serious, involved Shinobi will be banned immediately!

4. Do NOT be rude to your hokage and Jounins!
* We are not getting paid for doing this. Therefore, respect every staff
member.
* If you have any problems [unfairness or complaints] with a staff member,
do NOT take it upon yourself to resolve it by openly telling everyone.
* Private Message (PM) your Hokage (Ruka) or a Jounin for help.

5. Do NOT complain about slow or no uploads.
* Simply go to the request forum and ask for a reupload of the title.
* Or send a FRIENDLY PM to the one who uploaded the file in the past.

6. Do NOT post more than 3 pictures in a single post.
* This also applies when it is one file, but appears to be more than 3 seperate
pictures.
* If you must post more than 3 pics on the same topic/thread, just reply to
that post with another 3 pics and so on. This is the ONLY case in which you
spam

7. Do NOT post real life nude/semi-nude or pornographic materials.
* This includes, but is not limited to, pictures, avatars, signatures, and links.
* Shinobi who violate this rule will be banned immediately !

8. Do NOT create multiple accounts!
* There's no excuses for making two accounts! But if you must create two
accounts (very special case only), PM the Hokage or a Jounin about it.
* Shinobi who uses multiple accounts for impersonation of another person,
cheating and various purposes not approved by this forum will be banned
immediately !

9. Do NOT post the followings:
* Pointless quizzes that's not anime/manga/games related. Save those for the
fun and games section

10. Avatars and Signatures:
* Avatars
o 120x120 pixels
* Signature Pics
o Around or below 300 x 500 pixels (height x width)
o 300 kb limit
o 2 image limit

11. The Hokage and Jounin always keep the right to ban people when they seem fit.
* This is not to scare you off or anything, but just an insurance to keep this
forum a place where everyone can have fun.

12. Shinobi are not allowed to make money from the forum in ANY way
